Highlight of my year so far, what a privilege to get to work with On Book Arts & Skipp Productions on this fabulous play by Robert Harling. The cast were all so lovely to work with, we were looked after so well which made our job easier too. ๐
Iโm thrilled to say we got some lovely feedback from our strong audiences and critics alike ( some personal ones below) But I wanted to thank everyone who came to support. Fringe theatre only survives with this support and helps to firm the knowledge that the arts matter, especially now!๐
So now for the bleats Iโm super proud which yes, I have added here to hopefully boost those endless self tape submissions and get me back on the boards again soon.๐คช๐
Truvyโs (Kate Harbour) salon, where the play is set, is cleverly designed to be both bright and homely, and Harbourโs enthusiastic performance fits this very well.

The overall standard of performances is consistently strong, with several standouts. Kate Harbour delivers an excellent portrayal of Truvy Jones from beginning to end. @everytheatre
That said, dominating proceedings, Kate Harbour, offers a warm and endearing Truvy, the salon-owner; wise-cracking and the centre of the group of friends,
